Kid-Created Valentine’s Day Cards Benefit Cincinnati Animal Shelter

Students at the Kennedy Heights Arts Center (KHAC) have created unique, handmade cards for Valentine’s Day. Cincinnati residents are encouraged to skip the mass-produced cards they can buy in stores and instead purchase one of these beautiful, one-of-a-kind cards for your loved one this holiday. Now in its second year, the collaboration between KHAC and Ursuline Academy combines efforts and talents for a “service project” on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Marathon Invites Kids to Be Smart, Eat Well, & Move More

In May, the 14th annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon invites runners, walkers, and relay racers from in and around Cincinnati to participate in a weekend of fun for the whole family. The Flying Pig Marathon boasted well over 5,000 finishers last year, with many of them running for charity. Over 100 charities benefit from using the Flying Pig as a fundraiser each year!
